1. Standard Profiles & Stock Orders
For orders consisting purely of standard stock profiles, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Once an item has shipped from our facility, it cannot be canceled. Returns and refunds for non-defective standard stock items are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.
2. Custom Extrusion & B2B Manufacturing Orders
- Custom Orders: The vast majority of our production involves custom tooling, specific alloy compositions (e.g., 6005, 6061, 6063), and specialized powder coating finishes tailored exactly to client blueprints.
- No Refunds: Once custom production has begun, or custom dies/tooling have been manufactured, orders are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable.
- Material Defect Claims: If a delivery arrives with structural defects or fails to meet the agreed-upon technical tolerances, you must submit a claim in writing within 10 business days of delivery. Approved defects will be resolved via material replacement or manufacturing credit.
